葛是豆科藤本植物,全身是宝,经济价值极高,其中:葛粉为特色保健食品,集营养、食疗、美味于一身,深加工还可制成十几种精美食品;葛叶,富食植物蛋白,属全价饲料;葛渣,高档纤维原料;葛花,名贵药材,解酒良药。葛根种源于山中野葛。现将其栽培技术要点介绍如下:
