经国务院批准的《地质勘查队伍管理体制改革方案》于1999年4月30日开始实施,我国地勘队伍由此进入属地化管理、企业化经营的管理体制。随着国土资源部与福建省人民政府关于地勘队伍接交协议的签订,福建地勘单位则进入属地化管理的新阶段,目前正朝着企业化经营的目标逐步迈进。地勘单位是在长期的计划经济时期组建发展状大起来的,要实现企业化经营,既没有现成的模式可参照,也没有成功的经验可借鉴,只能靠地勘单位自已去摸索,去实践,特别是中国已经加入WTO,地勘企业所面对的竞争的压力日益加大,迫切要求我们加强市场竞争能力。如何才能增强企业自身的市场竞争能力,在未来的市场竞争中更好地生存、发展?
