目的 探讨孤啡肽在脑缺血中的作用。方法 在大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞动物模型上 ,侧脑室注射 (icv)不同剂量孤啡肽,以体感诱发电位 (SEP)和脑梗死体积为指标观察孤啡肽对脑缺血的作用。 结果 大鼠脑缺血后 SEP波幅降低,侧脑室分别注射 10、 1μ g孤啡肽 SEP进一步抑制;同时增大脑梗死灶的体积,而相同条件 icv 0.1μ g孤啡肽 SEP的波幅和脑梗死灶的体积与对照组比较无统计学差异。 结论 icv孤啡肽加重大鼠脑缺血。
Objective To investigate the role of orphanin in cerebral ischemia. Methods In the rat model of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO), different doses of orphanin were intracerebroventricularly injected (icv), and the effect of orphanin on cerebral ischemia was observed by somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) and infarct volume. Results The amplitude of SEP was decreased after focal cerebral ischemia in rats, and the SEP of 10, 1 μg orolethanol was injected into the lateral ventricle respectively to further inhibit the volume of cerebral infarction. The amplitude of SEP of 0.1 μg g orphanin in the same condition and cerebral infarction There was no significant difference in the size of the stove compared with the control group. Conclusion Vaccination with icv of the brain aggravates cerebral ischemia in rats.
