目的:分析小儿肺炎支原体肺炎行阿奇霉素与加味麻杏石甘汤联合治疗的临床效果。方法:选取我院2014年1月-2016年1月收治的小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患者84例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组予静脉滴注阿奇霉素治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上合用加味麻杏石甘汤治疗,分析两组治疗效果。结果:观察组痊愈率为52.4%,总有效率为97.6%,显著高于对照组的23.9%和81.0%(P均<0.05);观察组患儿咳嗽、发热以肺部罗音消失时间分别为(8.41±2.61)d、(3.59±2.34)d、(7.16±2.50)d,均显著短于对照组的(12.64±3.58)d、(6.29±1.67)d、(9.52±2.34)d(P均<0.05)。结论:小儿肺炎支原体肺炎采取阿奇霉素联合加味麻杏石甘汤治疗效果显著,能够提高疗效,缩短疗程。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of combined treatment of Azithromycin and Modified Maxing Shigan Decoction in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods: Eighty-four children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as study object and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with intravenous azithromycin and the control group was treated with control group On the basis of group therapy, Modified Maxing Shigan Decoction treatment, analysis of two groups of treatment. Results: The cure rate in observation group was 52.4%, the total effective rate was 97.6%, which was significantly higher than that in control group (23.9% and 81.0%, P <0.05). The cough and fever in observation group were Were (8.41 ± 2.61) d, (3.59 ± 2.34) d and (7.16 ± 2.50) d respectively, which were significantly shorter than those in the control group (12.64 ± 3.58 days, 6.29 ± 1.67 days and 9.52 ± 2.34 days, respectively) P <0.05). Conclusion: Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia with azithromycin plus Modified Maxing Shigan Decoction treatment effect is significant, can improve the curative effect and shorten the course of treatment.
