发生在固体物料管道输送中的水击,理论上分为伪均质固液两相流水击和非均质固液两相流水击两类。本文推导了伪均质固液两相流水击的基本方程,并用特征线差分方法对它们进行求解,建立了伪均质固液两相流水击的数学模型。本模型的压力波波速表达式和阻力的处理方法都体现了伪均质固液两相流的特点。
The water hammer occurred in the pipeline transportation of solid materials is theoretically divided into two types, that is, pseudo-homogeneous solid-liquid two-phase flow water hammer and heterogeneous solid-liquid two-phase flow water hammer. In this paper, the basic equations of water hammer of pseudo-homogeneous solid-liquid two-phase flow are deduced and solved by characteristic-line difference method. The mathematical model of water hammer of pseudo-homogeneous solid-liquid two phase flow is established. The model of pressure wave velocity expression and resistance of the treatment methods are reflected in the pseudo-homogeneous solid-liquid two-phase flow characteristics.
