采用 SP免疫组织化学方法 ,比较了 6 8例宫颈癌组织中 HPV- 16、18E6和 p5 3蛋白的表达及其相互关系 .结果表明 ,6 8例宫颈癌中有 6 0例 HPV - 16、18E6蛋白和 17例 p5 3蛋白呈阳性表达 ,阳性率分别为 88.2 %和2 5 .0 % ;在 5 9例 HPV- 16、18E6蛋白过度表达的宫颈癌中有 5 4例 p5 3蛋白为阴性或弱阳性表达 ,二者呈负相关(P <0 .0 1) .p5 3蛋白阳性表达与组织学类型有关 ,其阳性率在宫颈腺癌中为 83.3%和宫颈鳞癌中为 17.2 % ,差异有极显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) .p5 3蛋白阳性表达随着临床分期上升而增高 .
Immunohistochemical SP method was used to compare the expression of HPV-16, 18E6 and p5 3 in 68 cases of cervical cancer and the correlation was analyzed.Results showed that HPV-16, HPV-16, 18E6 Protein and 17 cases of p5 3 protein were positive expression, the positive rates were 88.2% and 25.5% respectively; among 5 9 cases of cervical cancer overexpressing HPV-16 and 18E6 protein, 54 cases of p5 3 protein were negative or (P <0.01) .The positive expression of p53 protein was related to the histological type, the positive rate was 83.3% in cervical adenocarcinoma and 17.2% in cervical squamous cell carcinoma, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01) .The positive expression of p53 protein increased with the clinical stage.
