This product is a kind of macromolecular compound, which is obtained by polycondensation of dextran and epichlorohydrin. It is a white fine bead with a diameter of 0.1 ~ 0.3mm and strong absorbency. The dried bead can absorb 4ml per 1g of water . The drug is a nontoxic topical wound cleanser consisting of innumerable dry, foraminous pellets that have been shown to run inflammatory exudates, tissue fragments, bacteria from the wound surface and into the beads.
