利用高浓度尿素变性蛋白质抑制ＲＮＡ酶，氯化锂（ＬｉＣｌ）选择性沉淀ＲＮＡ，酚／氯仿抽提除去变性的蛋白质、脂类及ＤＮＡ。结果表明：该法适合大量样品少量组织细胞的ＲＮＡ提取。
High concentrations of urea-denatured protein are used to inhibit RNase, lithium chloride (LiCl) is used to selectively precipitate RNA, phenol / chloroform extraction to remove denatured proteins, lipids and DNA. The results show that this method is suitable for RNA extraction of a small amount of tissue cells in a large number of samples.
