患先天愚型的婴儿发生感染、自身免疫性疾病及恶性肿瘤的危险性明显高,这可能是免疫系统缺陷所致。如循环的T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞数量减少,乔噬作用受损,细胞介导的免疫反应和体液免疫反应降低。一般认为这些免疫功能紊乱是由后天诸因素造成的,如乙肝表面抗原持续存在,锌缺乏及胸腺功能早衰等。为调查免疫系统缺陷是由产后各种因素所致,还是在胎儿时期即存在,对130例妊娠17~24周的孕妇在进行产前诊断行脐带穿刺时采取胎儿血,穿刺是在母体非镇静状态、胎儿非麻痹状态下进行,所采的胎儿血均为脐静脉血。胎儿核型分析发现104例胎儿正常,16例为先天愚型。

In order to investigate whether the deficiency of the immune system is caused by various factors during the postpartum period or during the fetal period, fetal blood is taken from 130 pregnant women with gestational age of 17-24 weeks during prenatal diagnosis of umbilical cord puncture. The puncture is performed on maternal non-sedation State, the fetus non-paralyzed state, the fetus blood taken are umbilical blood. Fetal karyotype analysis found that 104 cases of fetal normal, 16 cases of Down’s syndrome.
