我厂是国家“七五”的重点工程。当时国家投资十六亿建设资金,目的是为了改变我国化肥品种单一,土壤N、P比例严重失调的状况。我厂试生产以来,历尽坎坷,每前进一步都洒下我厂职工的热汗,凝聚着从中央到地方各级领导的心血。1996年初厂里提出了“精料、连运、降耗”的生产经营指导方针,这是对我厂十年来生产管理工作的高度概括和总结。
Our factory is the key project of the national “Seventh Five-Year Plan”. At that time, the state invested 1.6 billion yuan in construction funds in order to change the situation in which China’s chemical fertilizers are monotonous and the proportion of soil N and P is seriously out of balance. Since my factory trial production, I have experienced many bumps. Every time I sweated the sweat of our factory workers, I gathered the painstaking efforts of the leaders from the central government to local governments. At the beginning of 1996, the factory put forward guidelines for production and operation of “fine material, continuous operation, and reduction of consumption”. This is a high-level summary of the production management work of our factory in the past ten years.
