在离子氮化条件下,对工件内部的温度分布和目前几种常用的测温方法进行了实验。测量了常用氮化钢38crMoAl试样的温度分布梯度。用实验方法测出了目前常用的几种热电偶测温方法的测量结果与工件的实际高温存在的偏差,并讨论了产生偏差的原因。介绍了我们使用带有测温头的热电偶测温方法,这种测温头与工件直接接触起辉,它具有结构简单、使用方便和通用性强的特点。还对国产的WDL-31型光电温度计在离子氮化条件下的适应性进行了实验。实验表明,该仪器尚能适用于离子氮化的测温需要。
Under ion nitriding conditions, the temperature distribution inside the workpiece and several commonly used temperature measurement methods were tested. The temperature distribution gradient of the commonly used nitrided steel 38crMoAl was measured. The differences between the measurement results of several commonly used thermocouple temperature measurement methods and the actual high temperature of the workpiece are measured by experimental methods, and the reasons for the deviation are discussed. Introduced our use of thermocouple temperature measurement method with a temperature probe, this temperature probe directly contact with the workpiece from the Hui, it has a simple structure, easy to use and versatility. The adaptability of domestic WDL-31 photoelectric thermometer under ion nitriding condition was also tested. Experiments show that the instrument is still suitable for temperature measurement needs of ion nitriding.
