系统运行是现代图书馆发展变化的一个重要特征，图书馆服务系统运行的整体功能即信息服务。通 过分析图书馆服务系统的外部环境及其内部要素的相关性，论述了影响图书馆服务质量的四个断 层，并提出通过致力于消除这些断层来有效提高图书馆服务质量。
System operation is an important feature of the development and changes of the modern library. The overall function of the library service system is information service. By analyzing the correlation between the external environment of the library service system and its internal elements, this paper discusses four faults that affect the service quality of the library and proposes to improve the service quality of the library effectively by eliminating these faults.
