余热利用涉及技术、经济、环境、社会等众多因素,因此对这类节能项目的评价应是综合性的多目标评价,采用定量与定性相结合的方法还要在很大程度上依赖于评价者的主观判断,具有一定的模糊性。针对这个特点,作者运用模糊集合论,并综合运用系统工程、计算机科学等领域的理论和技术,建立了模糊综合评价数学模型和相应的计算机软件,一及套多层次结构型式的余热利用综合评价指标体系。该指标体系分了九大类,三层次,19个指标如下:
The use of waste heat involves many factors such as technology, economy, environment, and society. Therefore, the evaluation of such energy-saving projects should be a comprehensive multi-objective evaluation.
