以中冷器壳体作为研究对象,以MAGMA模流分析软件作为研究平台,模拟仿真该铸件在重力金属型铸造下的充型与凝固过程。根据模拟结果确定了该铸件的浇注方式,并就重要的铸造工艺参数设计多种方案进行模拟分析,择优选取合适的工艺参数,通过试模进行X光检测验证,直至实现铸件批量生产的可能。结果表明,利用MAGMA软件可较为准确地预测产品在铸造过程中产生的缺陷及不足,对进一步优化铸造工艺起到了很大的辅助作用。
Taking the intercooler shell as the research object and the MAGMA mold flow analysis software as the research platform, the filling and solidification process of the casting under gravity metal casting are simulated. According to the simulation results, the pouring method of the castings is determined, and a variety of schemes are designed to simulate and analyze the important casting process parameters. The suitable process parameters are selected optimally, and the X-ray inspection is validated through the test molds until the production of castings is realized. The results show that the use of MAGMA software can be more accurately predict the product defects in the casting process and deficiencies, to further optimize the casting process has played a significant role in supporting.
