2000 2001年度,深圳电信实施了创新工程-动态资源管理体系,其中,传输资源管理和调度的实现是难度最大,市场需求最强,生产要救最迫切的部分。 为了改变深圳电信全网传输资源管理原有零散的或人工的管理模式,深圳电信局在动态网络资源管理体系结构下,提出开发“深圳本地网传输资源及高度一体化管理系统”。 一、系统技术要点和功能 “传输资源及调度一体化管理系统”完全基于现有的成熟技术进行开发。系统采用基于TCP/IP协议的Clienr/Server的体系结构。服务器的操作系统采用Windows Server 2000简体中文版,前端工作站采用Win98/WinNT4.0/Windows2000等操作系统。数据库选用Sybase公司的新一代数据库产品Adaptive Server 12.0,开发工具主要采用Powerbuilder 6.0,按面向对象的方法开发。 系统主要功能包括:

Database selection Sybase’s next generation database product Adaptive Server 12.0, the main development tools used Powerbuilder 6.0, developed by object-oriented approach. The main functions of the system include:
