毛血藤挥发性成分GC-MS分析

目的:分析毛血藤根茎的挥发性成分,为毛血藤的开发利用提供实验依据。方法:利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取毛血藤根茎的挥发性成分,采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对挥发性成分进行分析。结果:共分离出99个化学成分,鉴别出60个化学成分,占挥发油总量的68.598%,其主要成分为柏木脑(7.001%),麝香草酚(5.948%),己醛(4.593%),双戊烯(3.708%),芳姜黄酮(3.438%),壬醛(3.256%)等。结论:本文采用气相色谱-质谱联用法对毛血藤根茎的挥发性成分进行研究,为毛血藤的综合利用提供科学依据。 OBJECTIVE: To analyze the volatile constituents in the root of Mumeira tubulosa and provide an experimental basis for the development and utilization of Mauveros. Methods: Volatile constituents of Rhizoma maliqueorrhiza were extracted by steam distillation. The volatile components were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results: A total of 99 chemical constituents were isolated and 60 chemical constituents were identified, accounting for 68.598% of the total volatile oil. The main constituents were cypressin (7.001%), thymol (5.948%), hexanal (4.593% , Dipentene (3.708%), arginin (3.438%), nonanal (3.256%) and so on. Conclusion: In this paper, GC-MS method was used to study the volatile components in the root of M. canerea, providing a scientific basis for the comprehensive utilization of M. mordra.
