目的 :观察宽叶返魂草对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :实验组小鼠灌胃宽叶返魂草煎液每次 0 .5 ml(含生药 0 .5 g/ml) ,每日 1次 ,连续 7天。对照组小鼠灌胃等量生理盐水。结果 :灌胃结束后实验组小鼠免疫器官脾脏和胸腺萎缩 ,并抑制 LPS刺激后的脾细胞增殖反应 ,抑制小鼠碳廓清指数 ;对 Con A刺激的小鼠脾细胞增殖反应、脾细胞 IL- 2的产生无明显影响。结论 :宽叶返魂草水煎剂对小鼠的免疫功能有明显的抑制作用 ,对细胞免疫应答抑制不明显。对非特异性巨噬细胞吞噬功能亦有抑制作用。
AIM : To observe the effect of S. micrantha on immune function in mice. METHODS : The mice in the experimental group were given a total volume of 0.5 ml (including crude drug 0.5 g/ml) once a day for 7 consecutive days. The mice in the control group were given normal saline by gavage. Results: The spleen and thymus of the immune organ of the experimental group atrophied after the completion of gavage, and inhibited the proliferation of spleen cells stimulated by LPS and inhibited the carbon clearance index of the mice. The proliferation of splenocytes stimulated by Con A and spleen cells IL - The production of 2 has no obvious effect. Conclusion : The water extract of Sagittatum decoction has a significant inhibitory effect on the immune function of mice and the inhibition of cellular immune response is not obvious. Non-specific macrophage phagocytosis also inhibited.
