我们对顽固性菌痢患者60例,采用灭滴灵、雷米封治疗,收到了满意的效果,现报告如下: 60例中,男35例,女25例,年龄最大72岁,最小5岁。临床均有腹痛、腹泻、脓血便、里急后重等菌痢症状,病程均在15天以上。60例全部作了粪便镜检,白细胞、红细胞阳性率达100％。52例作了细菌培养,其中福氏杆菌阳性42例,志贺氏杆菌阳性8例,宋氏杆菌阳性2例。剂量与用法:成人灭滴灵400mg/次,每日3次,雷米封200mg/次,每日3次,小儿用灭滴灵8mg/kg,4日分3～4次口服,小儿用雷米封每日10～15mg/kg,分3次口服。疗效观察:痊愈56例,无效4例,有效率93.3％.治疗时间最长为7天,最短3天,平均4.5天。

Efficacy of observation: 56 cases were cured, 4 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 93.3%. The longest treatment time was 7 days, the shortest 3 days, an average of 4.5 days.
