对心肌内酶的组织化学观察,不仅能够发现酶分布型样和组织代谢有无异常,而且还能确定心肌代谢发生障碍的部位,并可为心肌病变提供发病机理的参考。克山病是一种原因未明的心肌病,它的病理改变是以心肌坏死为主,非常类似心肌缺氧缺血的表现。近来从电子显微镜的观察中,发现其线粒体的改变非常突出,所以估计心肌在坏死之前能量代谢过程很可能早有变化。为此,我们对克山病病人心肌中几种与心肌能最代谢以及线粒体与溶酶体功能有关的酶,进行了观察。
Histochemical observation of intramyocardial enzymes can not only find out whether the enzyme distribution patterns and tissue metabolism are abnormal, but also determine the site of myocardial metabolism disorders and provide a reference for the pathogenesis of myocardial lesions. Keshan disease is an unexplained cardiomyopathy, its pathological changes are mainly myocardial necrosis, which is very similar to the performance of myocardial hypoxia and ischemia. Recently observed from the electron microscope and found that mitochondrial changes are very prominent, so it is estimated that myocardial necrosis before the energy metabolism process is likely to have long been changed. To this end, we have observed Keshan disease in patients with several myocardial enzymes and myocardial metabolism, as well as mitochondria and lysosome function of the enzyme was observed.
