２８例前牙反牙合经ＦｒａｎｋｅｌⅢ（ＦＲⅢ）矫正器治疗前后的Ｘ线头颅侧位定片进行Ｘ线头影测量，以探讨ＦｒａｎｋｅｌⅢ矫正器的作用机理及疗效。结果表明：（１）ＦＲⅢ矫正器抑制下颌向前生长，刺激上颌牙槽骨生长，使骨骼型由安氏Ⅲ类变为安氏Ⅰ类；（２）上前牙的唇倾及下前牙的舌倾使得颌间关系及切牙关系恢复正常；（３）软组织的一些改变比相应硬组织的改变显著。经ＦｒａｎｋｌｅⅢ矫正器治疗不仅获得正常的颌关系及咬牙合功能，而且满足了患者对美的要求。
28 cases of anterior teeth anti-occluder Frankel Ⅲ (FR Ⅲ) orthosis before and after treatment of X-ray cephalometric films for X-cephalometry to explore the Frankel Ⅲ appliance mechanism of action and efficacy. The results showed that: (1) FR Ⅲ braces inhibited forward growth of mandible and stimulated the growth of maxillary alveolar bone, which changed the skeletal type from Class Ⅲ to Class Ⅰ; (2) Tongue tilt makes the intermaxillary relationship and the relationship between the incisors returned to normal; (3) some changes in soft tissue than the corresponding changes in the hard tissue significant. The Frankle Ⅲ orthosis treatment not only get the normal jaw relationship and bite function, but also to meet the patient's requirements for the United States.
