通过热分解法在钛板表面沉积SnO_2中间层。SEM和XRD的结果显示得到了均匀的金红石型SnO_2中间层。线性扫描结果表明,随着SnO_2中间层含量的增加,氧气析出电势下降,说明电极的电催化活性提高。强化寿命测试结果表明,SnO_2中间层可以提高电极的使用寿命。不同电极的槽电压随着SnO_2含量的增加逐渐降低,电解过程的能耗也随着SnO_2含量的增加而减少。
The SnO 2 interlayer was deposited on the surface of titanium plate by thermal decomposition. The results of SEM and XRD showed that a uniform rutile SnO 2 interlayer was obtained. Linear scan results show that with the increase of the content of SnO 2 intermediate layer, the potential of oxygen precipitation decreases, indicating that the electrocatalytic activity of the electrode increases. Life-span test results show that the SnO 2 interlayer can improve the service life of the electrode. The cell voltage of different electrodes decreased with the increase of SnO 2 content, and the energy consumption of the electrolysis process decreased with the increase of SnO 2 content.
