为了提高铅锡青铜与钢双金属的结合强度,研究了不同加入量的稀土元素和磷以及浇注温度对铅锡青铜组织及性能的影响。结果表明:在铅锡青铜中加入微量的稀土元素和磷能显著提高其抗拉强度和耐磨性,并可有效细化组织,改善性能。在浇注温度为1250℃、镧铈稀土含量为0.2%、P含量为0.5%时,铅锡青铜的抗拉强度达到192MPa。
In order to improve the bonding strength between lead-bronze and steel bimetal, the effects of rare earth elements and phosphorus with different added amount and pouring temperature on the microstructure and properties of lead-tin bronze were studied. The results show that adding trace rare earth elements and phosphorus to Pb - Sn bronze can remarkably increase the tensile strength and wear resistance, refine the microstructure and improve the properties. The pouring temperature of 1250 ℃, lanthanum cerium rare earth content of 0.2%, P content of 0.5%, the tensile strength of lead-tin bronze reaches 192MPa.
