长期较高浓度的职业性锰暴露会引起中毒,晚期可损害锥体外系神经,出现帕金森综合征的临床表现,如震颤、反应迟钝、肌张力升高和步态不稳等。本文从病因、临床表现、神经病理学、神经影像学检查、治疗以及鉴别诊断等方面综述锰中毒性帕金森综合征的研究进展,以提高人们对其防治的认识。
Long-term high concentrations of occupational manganese exposure can cause poisoning, advanced nerve damage can cause extrapyramidal symptoms, Parkinson’s clinical manifestations such as tremor, unresponsive, increased muscle tension and gait instability. This review summarizes the progress of manganese-induced Parkinson’s disease from the aspects of etiology, clinical manifestations, neuropathology, neuroimaging, treatment and differential diagnosis so as to raise awareness of its prevention and treatment.
