In this paper, the random earthquake response of the submerged offshore structures with arbitrary located multi-cylindrical piles is studied. There are two different approaches for analysing the response of structure under earthquake motion , namely deterministic and nondeterministic (or stochastic), the response spectrum approach is actually the deterministic one, which does not study the interior relationship between ground motion arid that of the structural response. (for example, the relationship between the failure of the structure and the duration of ground motion, etc. ) On the base of reference, the author has studied some stochastic cha-racteristics of the earthquake response of the structure, such as variance, maximum distribution of the response, etc, The computer program of this problem has been made and some practical example has been carried out for illustration. tThe Hydroelastic respone of the submerged structures With arbitrary located multi-cylindrical piles of different diameters, subjected to earthquake and vibration.
