随着我国市场经济发展的日渐深入,单位若想要在市场中获得一席之地,并获得长足发展,就必须要解决目前常见的员工与单位需求不匹配的问题。在这一形势下,建立任职资格管理体系就显得十分重要,但与国外的单位相比,任职资格在我国单位治理中尚属于一个新型领域。本文主要介绍了基于岗位胜任能力的任职资格管理体系的概念、作用以及在建立该体系过程中需要注意的问题,并就基于岗位胜任能力的任职资格管理体系的应用分阶段做了简单阐述。
With the deepening of the development of China’s market economy, if units want to gain a place in the market and make great strides, they must solve the common mismatch between employees and units. Under this circumstance, it is very important to set up the qualification management system. However, compared with the overseas organizations, the qualifications of the qualifications belong to a new field in the unit management of our country. This paper mainly introduces the concept and function of the job qualification management system based on job competency and some problems that need to be noticed in the process of establishing the system. The application of the job qualification management system based on job competency is explained in stages.
