管状带式输送机是近年开始采用的一种新型物料输送系统,具有环保、经济、可大倾角输送物料等优点。但实际生产中,管带输送系统常出现跑偏,导致叠管、扭管等,给生产造成很大影响。在总结本公司应用管带输送技术经验的基础上,分析了管状带式输送机跑偏的原因,并介绍了跑偏的调整方法。
Tubular belt conveyor is a new type of material conveying system that has been adopted in recent years. It has the advantages of environmental protection, economy, large-angle conveying materials and so on. However, the actual production, the belt conveyor system often appear deviation, leading to pipe, twisted tube, etc., to produce a great impact. On the basis of summing up the company’s experience in the application of belt conveyor technology, the paper analyzes the reason of the belt conveyor deviation and introduces the deviation adjustment method.
