目的:探究在肥胖儿童体内血管早期病变与脂类代谢紊乱间的关联性。方法:选取200例儿童,其中血脂水平检查提示正常者100例(正常组),提示异常者100例(异常组),比较两组患儿早期血管病变的临床差异。结果:在颈内动脉情况分析中,正常组:左颈总动脉:(0.61±0.12)mm,右颈总动脉(0.59±0.12)mm,双侧颈总动脉均值(0.60±0.12)mm;异常组(0.67±0.15)mm,(0.64±0.17)mm,(0.66±0.16)mm。检测结果提示异常组患儿中颈内动脉IMT对比正常组明显增厚,差异有统计学意义。结论:肥胖儿童体内血管早期病变与脂类代谢紊乱间存在明显的关联关系,如控制不及时血管的早期病变可能在儿童期开始存在。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the association between early vascular lesions and dyslipidemia in obese children. Methods: A total of 200 children were enrolled in this study. One hundred normal children with normal blood lipid levels were detected, and 100 abnormal children (abnormal group) were detected. The clinical differences of early vascular disease between the two groups were compared. Results: In the analysis of internal carotid artery, the left common carotid artery: (0.61 ± 0.12) mm, right common carotid artery (0.59 ± 0.12) mm, bilateral common carotid artery mean (0.60 ± 0.12) mm; Group (0.67 ± 0.15) mm, (0.64 ± 0.17) mm, (0.66 ± 0.16) mm. The test results showed that the IMT of internal carotid artery in abnormal group was significantly thicker than that in normal group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: There is a clear correlation between the early vascular lesions and dyslipidemia in obese children. For example, early lesions that may not control blood vessels may start to exist in childhood.
