目的慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)的主要发病基础为P210~(bcr/ab1)蛋白通过多种信号抑制细胞凋亡而致细胞转化。鞘氨醇激酶-1(SphK-1)可通过促进1-磷酸鞘氨醇(S1P)生成来抑制细胞凋亡和引发细胞恶性转化。P210~(bcr/ab1)和 SphK-1/S1P 信号都有抗凋亡效应,本研究探讨 SphK-1信号通路是否涉及到 P210~(bcr/ab1)的致病过程。
Objective The main pathogenesis of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is that P210 ~ (bcr / ab1) protein can induce cell transformation by inhibiting apoptosis through various signals. Sphingosine kinase-1 (SphK-1) inhibits apoptosis and initiates malignant transformation of cells by promoting sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) production. The anti-apoptotic effects of P210 ~ (bcr / ab1) and SphK-1 / S1P signal all have anti-apoptotic effects.
