菠菜PSⅡ颗粒的Mssbauer谱呈现4套双峰,根据它们的化学位移和四极矩劈裂数值,可分别归属于氧化态Cyt-b559、还原态Cyt-b559,Fe~(3+)-Q复合物和Fe~(2+)-Q复合物。外加La~(3+)处理的PSⅡ颗粒的Mssbauer谱,两套Fe~(2+)的双峰消失,均转变为Fe~(3+),即还原态Cyt-b559全部转变为氧化态Cyt-b559,Fe~(2+)-Q全部转变为Fe~(3+)-Q。La~(3+)加Ca~(2+)共同处理的PSⅡ颗粒Mssbauer谱表明,Ca~(2+)可减轻La~(3+)的抑制作用,仍有部分还原态的Cyt-b559和Fe-Q复合物存在。
The Mssbauer spectra of spinach PSⅡ particles exhibit four bimodal peaks, which can be attributed to the oxidation states Cyt-b559, reduced-state Cyt-b559, Fe ~ (3 +) - Q complex according to their chemical shifts and quadrupole- And Fe ~ (2 +) - Q complex. In addition, the Mssbauer spectra of PS Ⅱ particles treated with La 3+ changed the two peaks of Fe 2+ disappeared into Fe 3+, that is, all the reduced Cyt-b 559 changed to the oxidized state Cyt -b559, Fe ~ (2 +) - Q all transformed into Fe ~ (3 +) - Q. The Mssbauer spectra of PS Ⅱ particles co-treated with La 3+ and Ca 2+ showed that Ca 2+ could reduce the inhibitory effect of La 3+ and some partially reduced forms of Cyt-b559 and Fe-Q complex exists.
