目前对于食管上皮增生及癌变,大多数仅限于细胞学及形态学的观察,主观因素较多,因此极需建立一种较为敏感的客观指标。 MSP(显微分光光度计)应用于肿瘤研究,只20余年历史。近年来由于仪器性能及自动化的改进,MSP的工作取得了较大进展,总结出了一些癌变规律。因此,我们利用MSP,测定食管上皮在癌变过程中胞核DNA的变化,来探讨食管上皮癌变的规律和增生的特性,鉴别药物对于食管上皮增生的疗效,判断增生的转归以及作为疑难病例诊断的辅助手段。
At present, most of the esophageal epithelial hyperplasia and cancerous changes are limited to cytological and morphological observations, and there are many subjective factors.
