我院自1986年7月至1987年10月,对正常妊娠各期妇女进行了血液中微量元素锌、铜、铁、镁测定,以了解孕产期锌、铜、铁、镁的正常水平及变化,为围产医学提供新的监测方法及治疗手段。微量元素检测对象分为以下3组:①居住沈阳地区,健康育龄未孕妇女100例;②来我院门诊产前检查和住院分娩的各孕周正常孕妇408例;③在我院住院分娩之正常孕产妇104例,并采取这些孕产妇的新生儿出生时脐血98例。检测方法1.标本采集:一般均在上午6~8时,空腹取肘静脉血2 ml。临产孕妇则于产程潜伏期,取肘静脉血2ml,并于分娩断脐后立即取脐血2ml。2.测定方法:试管内待测血液自然凝固后,离心,取0.5ml 血清置10ml 磨口刻度试管,利用 WFD-Y(?)型原子吸收分光光度计机械部分,配合我院自

Pregnant women in labor during incubation period, take elbow venous blood 2ml, and immediately after delivery off the umbilical cord blood 2ml. 2. Determination: Test tube blood to be tested after the natural coagulation, centrifuged, take 0.5ml serum set 10ml mill scale tube, the use of WFD-Y (?) Atomic absorption spectrophotometer mechanical part, with the hospital since
