脱色漂白法“治疗氟斑牙,对白垩型、染色型效果好,但脱色液含有盐酸,可造成一定深度的釉质层脱矿。为此,我们研制了矿化液,应用于临床,脱色明显,光泽度改善,增加美观感,深受患者好评。通过扫描电镜观察和 X-射线能谱仪分析,证明该矿化液可使牙齿脱矿层再次矿化。采用矿化液可弥补脱色漂白法的不足之处。现用脱色漂白液加矿化液联合应用,效果好,无副作用,药品性能稳定,临床操作简便,易于掌握,便于推广。缺点是疗程较长;药品配制要求精度高,掌握较难。
