输油泵进出口管道安装的合理性对输油泵的正常运行起着重要作用,设计不当可能引发泵的变形、振动、噪声和负压气蚀等一系列问题。为此,基于某工程实例,综合考虑管道应力和泵的水力特性,对输油泵进出口管道的安装方式进行研究。结果表明:输油泵进出口管道的任何一种安装方式,都必须同时满足管道应力和泵的吸入要求。在此基础上,提出当泵站进站压力较高时,宜选用地上安装方式,即以管道应力分析为选择原则;当泵站进站压力较低时,宜选用埋地安装方式,即以泵吸入分析为选择原则。
The rationality of the installation of the import and export pipeline of oil pump plays an important role in the normal operation of the oil pump. Improper design may cause a series of problems such as deformation, vibration, noise and negative pressure cavitation of the pump. To this end, based on an engineering example, taking into account the pipe stress and hydraulic characteristics of the pump, the import and export of oil pump pipe installation methods are studied. The results show that any installation of the inlet and outlet pipes of the oil pump must satisfy both the pipe stress and the suction requirements of the pump. On this basis, it is suggested that when the pumping station pitching pressure is high, it is appropriate to choose the method of ground installation, that is to choose the principle of pipeline stress analysis.
