如何提高种子基地村的种子质量,是种子基地村建设的一大难题。笔者认为,提高特约基地村的繁种质量,一靠思想教育,二靠技术措施,重点是抓好与种子质量密切相关的各项技术措施的落实。 How to improve the seed quality of seed-based villages is a major challenge in the construction of seed-based villages.
