我省农村实施学生营养改善计划试点以来,由于各种原因,兰州市部分农村学校食堂还不能满足学生就餐需要。两年来,我们通过观察了解、问卷调查、随机访问等形式对这项工作进行了调查研究,发现农村义务教育学生营养改善计划的实施情况有喜有忧,其中出现的一些问题值得思考。一、营养改善计划实施初见成效对于提高和改善农村义务教育学生,特别是贫困乡村和山区学生的营养水平和健康状况起到了积极的作用。1.改善了农村学生的膳食营养结构,培养了农村学
Since the pilot implementation of the student nutrition improvement program in rural areas of our province, due to various reasons, some rural school canteens in Lanzhou can not meet the needs of students’ dining. In the past two years, we conducted a survey and research on this work through observation, questionnaire survey and random interview. We found some problems in implementing the nutrition improvement plan for rural compulsory education students. Some of the problems that emerged are worthy of reflection.
