本文在改进的Rubin自由界面模态综合法的基础上,结合机床结构特点,提出了一种基于机床部件的静、动态实验的机床结构模态综合法。该方法首先通过机床部件的静力实验,找出部件的附着模态矩阵,通过动态实验获得有关机床部件的保留模态信息。再从附着模态和保留模态矩阵中求出影响综合精度的剩余模态矩阵。最后利用部件对接界面弹性耦合力平衡和阻尼耦合力平衡的边界条件完成模态综合计算。文中给出了X502立式铣床的模态综合实例,以说明本方法的有效性。
Based on the improved Rubin free interface modal synthesis method and combined with the structural characteristics of the machine tool, this paper presents a static and dynamic experiment modal synthesis method based on machine tool components. In the method, firstly, the static modal of the component is found through the static experiment of machine tool components, and the retained modal information about the machine tool components is obtained through dynamic experiments. Then from the adhesion mode and the retention mode matrix to find the impact of the overall accuracy of the remaining modal matrix. Finally, modal synthesis is completed by using the boundary conditions of elastic coupling force balance and damping coupling force balance. The article gives the modal synthesis example of X502 vertical milling machine to illustrate the effectiveness of this method.
