利用溶胶-凝胶法制备不同粒径的PbTiO3纳米晶.表面光电压谱的研究结果表明,随粒径尺寸的减小,其表面光伏响应发生谱带加宽现象,并出现新的体相跃迁光伏响应结构.这些特性是小尺寸PbTiO3纳米晶内不同于体相PbTiO3的Ti4+的d轨道配位环境的体现.
Preparation of PbTiO3 Nanocrystals with Different Particle Size by Sol - Gel Method. The results of surface photovoltage spectroscopy show that the surface photovoltage response broadens as the particle size decreases, and a new phase transition photovoltaic response structure appears. These characteristics are the d orbital coordination environment of Ti4 + which is different from bulk PbTiO3 in the small-size PbTiO3 nanocrystals.
