本文首先分析“岭南模式”的文化特征及其制度含义,我们认为岭南文化是一种具有工具理性倾向的精神理念,着重于指向当下的实效和功利,能成为市场体制有效运行的前提条件。我们认为广东的经济转轨是岭南文化与市场体制相互匹配的结果。在此基础上,本文提出文化与市场体制相匹配的理论,并构建一个简单的制度匹配费用最小化模型,以解释“岭南模式”的内在机理与理论逻辑。本文的结论是,若正式制度和非正式制度相匹配,则它们的匹配成本实现了最小化,因此构成了整个制度系统的纳什均衡解。 This paper first analyzes the cultural characteristics of “Lingnan Model” and its institutional implications. We think that Lingnan culture is a kind of spiritual concept with instrumental rational tendency, and focuses on the actual results and utility of the present, which can be the prerequisite for the effective operation of the market system . We think the economic transformation in Guangdong is the result of the mutual matching of Lingnan culture and market system. On this basis, this paper proposes a theory that matches culture and market system, and constructs a simple model of minimizing system matching costs to explain the internal mechanism and theoretical logic of “Lingnan Model ”. The conclusion of this paper is that if the formal system and the informal system are matched, their matching costs are minimized, and thus form the Nash equilibrium solution of the whole system.
