随着民主型社会的形成,一种新型领导风格——参与型领导逐渐成为企业管理的新模式。笔者通过实证研究,探讨参与型领导对组织公民行为的影响,并探索信任在参与型领导与组织公民行为之间的调节机制。结果表明,参与型领导对组织公民行为具有显著影响,且信任的两个维度——认知信任和情感信任,均在参与型领导与组织公民行为之间起到调节作用。
With the formation of democratic society, a new style of leadership - participatory leadership has gradually become a new model of business management. Through empirical research, the author explores the impact of participatory leadership on OCB and explores the regulatory mechanism of trust between participatory leadership and OCB. The results show that participatory leadership has a significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior, and the two dimensions of trust, cognitive trust and emotional trust, all play a mediating role between participatory leadership and organizational citizenship behavior.
