目的制备R-(+)-硫代四氢呋喃-2-甲酸。方法以四氢呋喃-2-甲酸为原料,经拆分、氯代、取代3步反应得到R-(+)-硫代四氢呋喃-2-甲酸。结果反应总收率为29%,产物结构经1H-NMR和MS确证。结论通过实验摸索了一条制备光学纯度的R-(+)-硫代四氢呋喃-2-甲酸的路线,该方法简单、易于操作。
Aim To prepare R - (+) - thio-tetrahydrofuran-2-carboxylic acid. Methods Tetrahydrofuran - 2 - carboxylic acid was used as a starting material to give R - (+) - thio-tetrahydrofuran-2-carboxylic acid by resolution and chlorination. Results The total yield of the reaction was 29%. The product structure was confirmed by 1H-NMR and MS. Conclusions An experiment was conducted to explore a route for the preparation of optically pure R - (+) - thio-tetrahydrofuran-2-carboxylic acid. This method is simple and easy to handle.
