居民消费主要由商品性消费和服务性消费两部分组成。然而,多年来人们往往重商品性消费、轻服务性消费,对服务性消费关注不多。由于认识上的缺陷,造成我国城镇居民消费中,商品性消费的比重偏大,服务性消费所占的份额偏小,在某种程度上也影响到服务业的发展和经济结构的优化。服务性消费支出是指居民家庭用于支付社会提供的各种文化和生活方面的非商品性服务费用,它是反映居民消费预期的重要指标。当人们预期经济形势发展良好时,会增加服务性消费支出;反之则压缩服务
Residents’ consumption mainly consists of commercial consumption and service consumption. However, over the years, people tend to focus on commodity consumption and light service consumption, and pay little attention to service consumption.
