民用飞机交付项目是一项复杂的系统工程。为了证明飞机符合适航和航空公司客户的要求,需要进行大量的实物、文件检查、飞行测试和适航证件申请等工作,涉及单位多,任务量大,技术难度高,工作之间的关联性强。通过研究并采用组织管理中的组织设计方法,以某型飞机交付项目为例,制定出适合的矩阵式组织形式,有效提高了交付工作的效率,并对交付组织管理过程和成果进行了分析和评价,为后续组织管理方法在民用飞机交付项目中的应用进行了有益的探索。
