本文介绍以2—乙烯基—2—噁唑啉和苯乙烯为原料,用自由基悬浮共聚和本体共聚合成活性聚苯乙烯的方法。用粘度法测定了活性聚苯乙烯的分子量,用红外、定氮的方法对共聚物的组成进行了表征。结果表明,用本文所述自由基悬浮聚合或本体聚合方法都能合成含噁唑啉环的活性聚苯乙烯。在加工条件下,活性聚苯乙烯中的噁唑环能与其他聚合物发生接枝反应,显示出其活性。
This article describes the 2-vinyl-2-oxazoline and styrene as raw materials, with free radical suspension copolymerization and bulk copolymerization of reactive polystyrene method. The molecular weight of living polystyrene was measured by viscosity method. The composition of the copolymer was characterized by infrared and nitrogen fixation. The results show that the oxazoline ring-containing reactive polystyrene can be synthesized by the free-radical suspension polymerization or the bulk polymerization method described herein. Under the processing conditions, the oxazole ring in living polystyrene can graft react with other polymers to show its activity.
