高校党的制度建设是党的建设的重要组成部分,也是高校党建中根本性、全局性、稳定性的问题。随着改革开放的深入,高校在党的制度建设方面也日益发展和完善。高校应从强化领导干部和全体党员的制度意识、创新和完善党的制度建设系统、拓宽高校党的制度建设与创新的实现路径等方式进一步创新党建制度。
The building of the party system in colleges and universities is an important part of the party building and also a fundamental, overall and stable issue in the party building in colleges and universities. With the deepening of reform and opening up, colleges and universities are also increasingly developing and perfecting the party system. Colleges and universities should further innovate the Party building system by strengthening the system awareness of leading cadres and all Party members, innovating and perfecting the system of building the Party system, and broadening the system of party system construction and innovation in colleges and universities.
