亚奥核心成焦点,创京城租金新高[事件回放]2006年8月底,美国政府国务院与北京市亚奥核心区高端地产项目榮尊堡正式签定租住合同,该合同的基本内容为：榮尊堡将在2008年北京奥运期间,向美国奥运代表团提供以居住为主的综合地产服务。具体表现为美国2008年北京奥运会代表团部分随行人员租住榮尊堡國際俱樂部公寓,现签约套数不少于30套,租期4个月。租金为68美金／月／平米-108美金／月／平米。本次签署的是第一阶段合同,相应的后续合同还在洽谈中。
