经热处理后半成品的性能取决于合金的相组成.在大块半成品截面的不同区域内合金的相组成可能是不同的.相组成的区别取决于该区域冷却曲线C-图上相区的交叉.研究的目的是:(1)作出过饱和固溶体稳定性的热动力学C-图.(2)半成品淬火时的最佳冷却条件.把厚度35mm的热轧板作为加钪的Al-Mg-Li合金作连续冷却C-图时的开始材料,并在高度方向上切取试样.
The properties of the semifinished product after heat treatment depend on the phase composition of the alloy.The phase composition of the alloy may be different in different regions of the bulk semi-finished section.The phase composition depends on the cross-over of the phase regions in the cooling curve C - The purpose of the study was to: (1) make a thermodynamic C-diagram of supersaturated solid solution stability. (2) Optimum cooling conditions during quenching of semi-finished products The hot-rolled sheet having a thickness of 35 mm was used as the Al-Mg-Li The alloy is used as the starting material for continuous cooling of the C-diagram and the specimen is cut in the height direction.
