人人都说班主任难当,因为班主任的工作既有常规性的,又有突发性的,既要督促学生的学习,关心学生的思想,又要操心学生的生活,关注学生的未来。而技工学校因其办学的宗旨和教育的对象与其他中小学的不同,班主任工作的内容、重点、方式方法等也有所不同,因此在角色定位上给技工学校的班主任们提出了不同的要求。本文将以笔者近十年的班主任工作经验为基础,结合所带的旅游服务专业的学生特点,为技工学校班主任的角色定位提供一些个人的观点与见解。
Everyone said class teacher difficult, because the class teacher work both conventional and unexpected, it is necessary to urge students to learn, care about student thinking, but also to worry about student life, concerned about the student’s future. However, because of the difference between the purpose of running a school and the target of education and other primary and secondary schools, the technical schools also differ in the content, emphasis, methods and methods of the class teacher’s work. Therefore, different requirements are put forward to the teachers of technical schools in the role orientation. This article will be based on my experience of nearly ten years of class teacher work experience, combined with the characteristics of the students of tourism service professionals, to provide some personal views and opinions for the role of class teacher in a mechanic school.
