目的:探讨增殖细胞核抗原与不同类型的胃癌之间的关系。方法:随机选出不同类型的胃癌170例,用免疫组织化学ABC法检查肿瘤细胞PCNA的表达情况。结果:发现不同类型胃癌PCNA的表达情况有非常显著差异（P＜0.01）。结论:PCNA的表达表明肿瘤细胞在某一时期的增殖情况,与组织学类型有明显关系,可根据肿瘤细胞的增殖情况判断预后。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between proliferating cell nuclear antigen and different types of gastric cancer. Methods: 170 cases of different types of gastric cancer were randomly selected. The expression of PCNA in tumor cells was examined by immunohistochemistry ABC method. Results: The expression of PCNA in different types of gastric cancer was found to be significantly different (P<0.01). Conclusion: The expression of PCNA indicates that the proliferation of tumor cells in a certain period has a significant relationship with the histological type, and the prognosis can be judged according to the proliferation of tumor cells.
