目的建立消毒供应中心动力工具处理的标准操作规程,采取全程质量控制,通过专业化的操作和管理,提高动力工具的供应质量,杜绝该类器械供应时存在的感染风险。方法选取医院2014年11月未进行标准操作规程(SOP)患者手术后使用的动力工具910件,按照手术器械质量管理标准进行清洗、消毒并检测,选取进行SOP2015年1月医院外科手术后使用动力工具844件进行规范化处理,研究对比通过实施动力工具处理SOP前后工作质量差异,所得数据采用SPSS 16.0软件进行统计分析。结果 SOP实施前不合格43件,不合格率为4.73%;实施后不合格2件,不合格率为0.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过建立消毒供应中心动力工具处理标准操作规程,采取专业的操作及全程质量控制,使工作人员更加关注专科器械,体现细节管理,提高动力工具的供应质量,预防医院感染,保障患者安全。
Objective To establish a standard operating procedure for power tool processing in a disinfection supply center and to take full quality control and improve the quality of power tools supply through specialized operations and management so as to eliminate the risk of infection when such devices are supplied. Methods A total of 910 power tools were used in the hospital which were not used in SOP patients in November 2014. The power tools were cleaned, disinfected and tested according to the surgical instrument quality management standards. SOPs were selected for surgery after hospital surgery in January 2015 844 tools were normalized, and the differences of work quality before and after SOP were compared and analyzed by power tool were compared. The data were analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software. Results Before the implementation of the SOP, 43 cases failed, with a failure rate of 4.73%. After the implementation, 2 cases failed, with a failure rate of 0.24%. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusions The establishment of disinfection supply center power tools to deal with standard operating procedures, professional operation and full quality control, so that staff pay more attention to specialist equipment, reflect the details of management, improve the quality of power supply tools to prevent nosocomial infections and ensure patient safety.
