This experiment compared the effects of adding soy oligosaccharides (SBOS) to feed on Paralichthys olivaceus feed intake, growth performance and metabolic enzyme activity of different protein sources (fish meal, FM; soy protein isolate, SPI). FM, SPI as the main source of protein, prepared four kinds of nitrogen and other feed. Among them, FM and SPI were used as the main protein sources respectively for feed FM and SPI. Feed FMO and SPIO were respectively supplemented with 10% SBOS (stachyose: 2.61% and raffinose: 0.61%) on the basis of FM and SPI. The results showed that: (1) The dietary SBOS had no significant effect on the feed intake of flounder (Pa) (P> 0.05), but significantly reduced the feed intake of the flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) (P> 0.05). (2) The addition of SBOS to basic FMF had no significant effect on the specific growth rate (SGR), feed efficiency (FER) and protein efficiency (PER) The basal diet supplemented with SBOS had no significant effect on FER and PER, but significantly increased the SGR (p <0.05). (3) The addition of SBOS to basal diet of Fm improved the activity of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) AKP, LDH and γ-GT, but AST only had significant difference (p <0.05), while AST, ALT, AKP, LDH and γ-GT had no significant effect (p> 0.05). Adding SBOS to SPI basal diet significantly increased plasma ALT and LDH activities, but had no significant effect on AST, AKP and γ-GT activities; meanwhile, basal SPI The addition of SBOS to feed significantly increased the activity of AST and ALT in the liver, but had no significant effect on the activities of AKP, LDH and γ-GT; ④In addition of SBOS to the diet, Amino acid concentrations were not significantly affected. The results showed that SBOS supplemented with different protein sources showed different growth effects. Among them, the addition of SBOS to FM basal diet showed a certain inhibition of growth, while the addition of SBOS to SPI basal diet showed a growth-promoting effect.
